General Guidelines

ACR does not administrate programs. Applicant is responsible for speakers, counselors, ushers, sound operators, first aid attendants and any other personnel connected to the program.

Alcohol, marijuana, and any non-prescription controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Alaska Christian Retreat property. Any violation of these policies will result in immediate dismissal without refund or release from contractual obligations.

No pets are allowed on the campgrounds or in personal vehicles during your event.

With respect for other guests and the surrounding community, a noise-curfew of 11:59pm will be strictly enforced.

Guest groups must provide at least one adult supervisor for every 7 school-age participants.

Any person under eighteen (18) years of age must be under the supervision of parents or other responsible adults. Overnight lodging will not be permitted for those without adult supervision.

Possession or use of any weapon, firearm, fireworks is strictly prohibited.

Campers and camp staff are expected to dress modestly at all times. Clothing such as bikinis, short shorts, or garments displaying vulgar or inappropriate logos is not permitted. Individuals wearing such attire will be asked to change.

Males and females are not allowed in each other’s rooms (for camps, retreats, etc.)

Camp cabins and facilities will be left clean and ready for the next occupants according to the cleaning guidelines posted.

The renting group agrees to keep the grounds and buildings orderly and clean during the rental period and leave them in the condition in which they were found when first occupied. Renting group must clean rooms (including bathrooms): vacuum/sweep rooms, wiping down bathrooms, and removing trash to the designated garbage area. Any building left unclean will result in a fee.

Any guest who arrives on campus is required to check-in and out in the kitchen.
